I just wanted to say thx for the organization of the trip.
We had a fantastic time, although it has been 2 quite tough days of climbing :)
But well worth it.
Everything went well, pick up and drop off on time, safe driving.
The guide to Mt Kinabalu was nice and friendly, accomodation was very good on top and the via ferrata trip good fun!
I will recommend your package to friends for sure!

Kak Zue and family were safely back home. Kita cuma demam dan batuk bila dah sampai Msia .Kat sana kita orang sihat. We were happy there cos dapat very good muslim food at muslim restaurant and everyday kita sembahyang kat masjid .Mr Chen, our tour guide and the driver treated us very well. Anyway u dah pernah jumpa dia ke. Kalau tak nanti Kak zue attached photo kat sana. The place there is very beautiful especially Hangzhou , kat shanghai too crowded with people cars, and building.
Anyway just to informed you that we are happy with our holidays to china and the arrangement is well organised. Thank you very much and Chen can be recommended to others muslim tour group.

I'll like to thank you for the tour arrangment which has been customised to meet my family's needs. We had a good time in Kuching with the your tour guides. Pity we don't have more days to spare otherwise another 1 or 2 days longer will be better to do more exploration. The trip has left us with fond memories and my family had good bonding time over the weekend. Hilton has great breakfast spread and Damai Puri was beautiful. The Fairy and Wind Cave is a must-go tourist spot and my 4 year old girl has an enriching time looking around the caves. We look forward to another trip in Malaysia, truly amazing! Thank you!
I'll like to commend on the good services provided by Mr Phang, Mr Deng and Mr Cai who took us around during our stay.
This is just to inform you that we had a wonderful time in Medan. Our guide/driver, Lian was excellent and very helpful in making our trip as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Apart for the long and tiring journey to parapat and brasatagi, it was good all the way with timely meal arrangement and ad hoc stops along the way.
Insyallah, kalau ada rezeki dimasa akan datang we will be glad to procure the services of Syaza again.

Saya mewakili Ayah dan Mak serta seisi keluarga mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi terima kasih kepada pihak Tuan Haji dan Ustaz Dzofir. Ayah dan Mak saya telah menceritakan semua yang berlaku ketika mereka berada di Mekah dan Madinah. Group yang bersama dengan ayah dan mak, boleh dikatakan ceria-ceria dan baik-baik belaka.
Ayah dan Mak berpuas hati dengan layanan dan perkhidmatan yang telah diberikan. Segalanya berjalan dengan baik dan tiada rungutan sepanjang berada di sana. Cuma, mak sedikit ralat kerana apabila ayah tidak sihat dan meminta mutawif mengaturkan agar dapat bilik berdua supaya senang mak menjaga ayah, ianya tak dapat dilakukan. Tapi, tak mengapalah sebab sepatutnya ianya diuruskan dari Malaysia..tapi sapalah yang sangkakan.
Soal handphone ayah yang hilang, kami tak jadi claim.. ayah ada buat laporan polis ketika mula-mula hilang, tetapi dinasihatkan oleh pihak polis supaya cuba mencari semula di tempat kejadian kerana selalunya kes seperti ini dapat dijumpai semula. Pada awalnya, ayah mmg tak terfikir nak claim pun, tapi room mate mak yang syorkan bila beg telah dijumpai. takpelah, apa yang penting, semua dokumen berharga tidak hilang.
Akhir kata, sekali lagi kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada Tuan Haji khususnya dan Syaza Travel amnya. Mak dan ayah sampaikan salam mereka kepada tuan haji.
